Hello, I am Elisa
I don’t teach leadership from theory. I teach it from experience.
I spent more than 15 years at Google and Meta, operating in high-performance environments where results matter and expectations are high. At Meta, I was a Director in Global Operations, where I served on the Board of Directors of Meta Ireland and led leadership development for 800+ leaders.
In parallel, I designed and scaled a global program for new managers across Sales, Operations and other business units across the company, a program that is still in place today.
I’ve worked across the US, Europe and LATAM, leading distributed teams across cultures, functions and time zones. That experience taught me early on that leadership is not intuitive and definitely not one-size-fits-all.
Most leaders are not struggling because they lack capability.
They’re struggling because no one ever taught them how it actually works.
- Today, I run my own consulting firm, where I work full-time with
companies, startups and scale-ups to build better leaders. Not in
theory, but in practice. - Helping them navigate real challenges, from performance
conversations to team dynamics, influence and growth. - I’m also a Learning Facilitator at MIT, where I contribute to
leadership programs designed for professionals stepping into more
complex roles and responsibilities.
